Tri-Lateral Program

Redlands was one of nine U.S. cities chosen in 1993 to work with its two Sister Cities and participate in a pilot tri-lateral program sponsored by Sister Cities International. For three years, Redlands, Hino and San Miguel de Allende worked together to learn about each other’s education systems, governments and cultures. Through shared goals the cities have formed strong bonds and have increased enthusiasm for more Sister Cities projects, interactions and friendships.
